An industry-leading company situated in the Western Cape is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Professionally Registered Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Doing estimates
• Measuring Quantities from plans to compile BOQs
• Preparing tender documentation
• Preparing valuations
• Measuring and agreeing to final accounts
• Project Management

Requirements

• BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying
• Master’s degree advantageous
• Over 10 years’ extensive experience in the QS consulting field
• Pr QS registration with SACQSP
• Be able and willing to mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors
• Sound knowledge of the JBCC and other relevant building contracts
• Sound knowledge of CIDB standards
