A dynamic modular construction company is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Co-Ordinator, with a strong background in sales administration and customer support, to help drive revenue growth and support operational requirements to join their team in Kliprivier, Gauteng.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and liaising with clients via telephone and email, including managing an existing customer database

  • Coordinating daily activities related to transport contractors, logistics, procurement, and sales inquiries

  • Liaising with managers regarding production, product, and sales levels on a daily basis

  • Managing general sales administration, including quoting, CAD designing, costing, order processing, warranty tracking, delivery tracking, cold calling, budget tracking, daily workload and prospect reporting, and customer surveys

  • Collaborating effectively with all employees and adhering to company SHEQ code of conduct and standards

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate

  • Sales & Marketing Diploma

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar position

  • Knowledge of construction costing

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and CAD

  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
