Job Description

A dynamic and growing company in the food and beverage industry is looking for an experienced Lead Sales Representative with strong business development and client management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading sales initiatives to expand market share within the food and beverage sector.

Responsibilities:

     • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
     • Identify and secure new business opportunities
     • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
     • Oversee sales activities and support junior sales team members
     • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
     • Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals
     • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

     • Matric (Grade 12); relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
     • 5+ years’ sales experience in the food and beverage or FMCG industry
     • Proven track record in business development and key account management
     • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
     • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
     • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
     • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
