A dynamic hospitality company is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager with a passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced eatery environment. The role will oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests while supporting kitchen and service staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and manage guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
  • Supervise front-of-house staff, including host/hostess and service team.
  • Coordinate seating arrangements and reservations.
  • Oversee cleanliness, safety, and service standards in the dining area.
  • Support collaboration between kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Assist in training and mentoring front-of-house team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or as a restaurant/food service supervisor.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
