RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bottling Manager to join our client’s team in Paarl. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead and oversee all bottling operations in a high-paced production environment. Responsibilities
- Manage daily bottling operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
- Lead and coordinate a team of bottling staff, including training, performance monitoring, and shift scheduling.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are functioning optimally and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed.
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
- Maintain inventory levels of bottling materials and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Monitor production output, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments including production, quality assurance, and logistics.
Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Production Management, Engineering, or similar (advantageous).
- Proven experience in a bottling or packaging management role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid understanding of bottling equipment, machinery, and production flow.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
