RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Receptionist to join their team in New Germany, KwaZulu-Natal.
The ideal candidate will be mature, friendly, technologically savvy, and have a strong work ethic. This role is key in ensuring efficient front office operations and excellent customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
Greet all customers warmly and professionally upon entering the building
Manage the switchboard efficiently, direct calls appropriately, and take detailed messages
Maintain company stationery and consumables supplies
Oversee general cleaning staff
Accurately book repair jobs into the job management system
Prepare delivery notes for outgoing packages
Manage incoming and outgoing couriers
Provide general administrative support to management
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience managing a switchboard
Prior administrative experience
Knowledge of MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Administrative qualifications or courses are advantageous
