RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Receptionist to join their team in New Germany, KwaZulu-Natal.
The ideal candidate will be mature, friendly, technologically savvy, and have a strong work ethic. This role is key in ensuring efficient front office operations and excellent customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers warmly and professionally upon entering the building

  • Manage the switchboard efficiently, direct calls appropriately, and take detailed messages

  • Maintain company stationery and consumables supplies

  • Oversee general cleaning staff

  • Accurately book repair jobs into the job management system

  • Prepare delivery notes for outgoing packages

  • Manage incoming and outgoing couriers

  • Provide general administrative support to management

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Previous experience managing a switchboard

  • Prior administrative experience

  • Knowledge of MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Administrative qualifications or courses are advantageous
