RPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable building and civil contracting company is seeking an experienced Civil Site Agent for a 6-month contract in the Cederberg area. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional to lead site operations on key civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise construction activities for the project
• Ensure the project is executed safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in the project
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to the project specifications
• Prepare site reports and maintain accurate documentation for the project

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar qualification
• Proven experience as a Civil Site Agent, preferably with road and stormwater projects
• Experience in stormwater rehabilitation and road infrastructure
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote site location
• Valid driver’s license
