As a Section Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of the refinery plant, focusing on maintenance and reliability. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of refinery equipment and machinery
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvement
• Monitor maintenance costs and implement cost-saving measures
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or electrical Engineering or a related field
• GCC in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Section Engineer in refinery maintenance
• Proven experience in maintenance and reliability management
• Strong knowledge of refinery processes and equipment
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
