A reputable manufacturing company based in Ethekwini, KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance within a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults and perform repairs as required.
• Replace and repair faulty components to minimize downtime.
• Document all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Order parts and materials from suppliers to support maintenance work.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
