A leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Setter with a strong technical background in plastic moulding processes to join their team in Lanseria, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection moulding machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust injection moulding machines according to production specifications.

• Monitor moulding operations to ensure product quality and consistency.

• Perform machine start-ups, shut-downs, and changeovers.

• Identify and resolve moulding or machine-related issues promptly.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies.

• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of injection moulding machines, tools, and processes.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Attention to detail with a focus on product quality and safety.

• Willingness to work shifts and meet production deadlines.
