Job Description

RPO Recruitment's client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Paarl, Western Cape.
The role is based at a farm office on an olive farm and involves providing administrative support to the team, including communication, office management, and handling bank-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales-related queries, respond to emails, and manage general admin tasks

  • Perform basic office administration duties

  • Make 4–5 client calls per day

  • Pay farm worker wages

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Handle bank statements and assist with estate-related administrative tasks

  • Support the farm manager and coordinate with the remote accountant

  • Communicate with external supply partners

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate

  • Experience with Pastel and Sage

  • Relevant administrative certifications (advantageous)

  • High level of trustworthiness, especially with financial tasks

  • Comfortable working in a slower-paced, farm-based environment

  • Open to candidates with varying experience levels
