RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and self-motivated Sales Representative to join their clients team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and promote our recruitment services to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Present and demonstrate our recruitment services to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
- Experience in variable frequency drives, PLC’s and industrial automation is a added advantage
- Knowledge of CRM system and process
- Knowledge of MS Windows/MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
- Superior oral/written communication skills
- Knowledge of Modbus, Communication Protocols
- Basic knowledge of electrical requirements for VSDs
- Any sales qualifications or courses advantageous
