RPO Recruitment's client is a great mining company in Gauteng, which is seeking the expertise of a Mine Manager to join their team in Bronkhorstspruit.
Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Financial Management
- Mining – opencast & underground operations
- Health / Safety /Environmental Management
- Processing Plants
- Mine Planning and Scheduling
- Strategy Development and Execution/Implementation

- Team Development
- Legislative Compliance
- Local Community Interaction
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- BSc Degree in Mining
- Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency
- 5 years’ experience in managing mining contractors
- 10 years' experience senior management experience in coal environment
- Salary: R1.7M/yr - R1.9M/yr, salary negotiable
- Paid Time Off (if applicable)
- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
