Description

RPO Recruitment is currently searching for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Salesperson to join our team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Salesperson, preferably 5 years minimum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
