A dynamic technology company is looking for an experienced OutSystems Tester / Aspiring Developer with strong analytical skills and a passion for software quality assurance to join their team in Centurion, Gauteng.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to grow into a development role, and motivated to contribute to digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for OutSystems applications.

• Perform manual and basic automated testing on web and mobile platforms.

• Validate integrations with external systems and APIs.

• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to ensure test coverage.

• Conduct regression testing during release cycles.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Support development tasks as OutSystems skills develop.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.

• Interest or exposure to OutSystems Service Studio or similar low-code platforms.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  

• Qualification in Computer Science, IT, or Software Development (or relevant experience).
