A leading plastics packaging company is looking for an experienced Shift Setter with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude to join their production team in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in machine setting, blow moulding, and working within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform machine setting and adjustments to ensure smooth production operations

• Monitor and maintain production processes in a blowpack environment

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards

• Work shifts to support continuous production requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum N3 in mechanical or electrical subjects (N4 or higher preferred)

• Mechanical or electrical aptitude

• At least 3 years’ experience in an FMCG production environment

• Exposure to blow moulding (advantageous)

• Proven setting and/or mechanical experience (essential)

• Willingness and ability to work shifts

• Own reliable transport (essential)
