RPO’s client is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Specialist to join their high-performing team based in Johannesburg. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of industrial cleaning equipment of forklifts to new and existing clients

  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions aligned to operational requirements

  • Conduct client site visits, equipment demonstrations, and solution-based consultations

  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and tender submissions

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in logistics, warehousing, and industrial sectors

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction

  • Maintain market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and support marketing initiatives


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate; a sales or technical qualification will be an advantage

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience selling forklifts and/or industrial cleaning equipment

  • In-depth technical knowledge of relevant machinery and client applications

  • Proven sales track record and ability to meet high-performance targets

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented

  • Ability to travel to clients across the Johannesburg region as needed
