A well-established, high-output manufacturing facility in Bellville is urgently seeking a Production Factory Plant Manager to lead operations in a 24/7 production environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong, hands-on leader with proven factory management experience and the ability to drive performance, quality, and safety across multiple shifts.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage a plant running 7 days a week, 24/7 with 40–60 staff across 3 shifts

• Lead and coordinate x2 Assistant Managers and a single production line

• Oversee daily production targets, quality control, and team performance

• Enforce Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management compliance

• Uphold and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)

• Ensure staff training, development, and procedural discipline

• Communicate effectively and take full operational responsibility

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in production/factory management

• Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)

• Immediate availability (non-negotiable)

• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a quality-driven mindset
