Job Description

A well-established company is looking for an experienced Company Secretary / Admin & HR professional with strong HR experience and exceptional administrative abilities to support a small, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of operational and compliance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full HR function, including employee records, compliance, and onboarding
• Manage general office administration and documentation control
• Coordinate logistics, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and management
• Maintain company registers, minutes, and other secretarial records
• Assist with drafting HR and administrative policies and procedures
• Support payroll preparation and leave tracking
• Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers
• Ensure adherence to internal compliance standards and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR administration or as a Company Secretary / Office Administrator
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Knowledge of HR legislation and compliance practices
• Experience with travel coordination and office logistics
