A leading automotive company is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and discretion in managing the CEO’s schedule, correspondence, and stakeholder engagements.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and correspondence.
Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, agendas, and minutes.
Arrange complex travel itineraries and logistics.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Liaise with internal teams, Board members, and external stakeholders.
Support strategic projects, events, and executive initiatives.
Oversee office administration and assist with budget tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
10+ years’ experience in executive-level support.
Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
