RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in Kenilworth, Cape Town.
The successful candidate will use data analysis to enhance business processes, products, and services, working across departments to identify needs and propose solutions that drive performance.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements across departments
Liaise with internal teams including IT, HR, Finance, and Clinical departments to identify improvement opportunities
Facilitate business process re-engineering initiatives and help implement effective solutions
Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Support IT integration efforts and digitization of operations, including the use of Microsoft Power BI
Evaluate proposed changes and provide recommendations to optimize performance
Document and communicate new processes effectively to stakeholders
Track and monitor project progress, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
Proven track record in process improvement and digital transformation projects
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar tools is advantageous
