Job Description
RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Business Unit Coordinator to join their team in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and computer skills, particularly in Excel, and thrive in a dynamic production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies in collaboration with Safety Reps and the HSE Coordinator.
- Assist with managing finished goods stock, including monitoring movement and conducting weekly stock takes.
- Reconcile and capture data related to raw material control.
- Maintain and update efficiency schedules and production records.
- Process and update weekly wages and other production schedules.
- Manage administrative duties required by the Production Team Leader and Executive.
- Track and follow up on trials, ISIR requests, and DRM actions.
- Assist with staff and general queries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Degree, preferably a BCom in Supply Chain.
- Mathematics or Accounting passed in Grade 12.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Excellent administrative abilities.
