Job Description

RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Business Unit Coordinator to join their team in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and computer skills, particularly in Excel, and thrive in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies in collaboration with Safety Reps and the HSE Coordinator.
  • Assist with managing finished goods stock, including monitoring movement and conducting weekly stock takes.
  • Reconcile and capture data related to raw material control.
  • Maintain and update efficiency schedules and production records.
  • Process and update weekly wages and other production schedules.
  • Manage administrative duties required by the Production Team Leader and Executive.
  • Track and follow up on trials, ISIR requests, and DRM actions.
  • Assist with staff and general queries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Degree, preferably a BCom in Supply Chain.
  • Mathematics or Accounting passed in Grade 12.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent administrative abilities.
