RPO Recruitment's client in Cape Town is looking for a passionate and experienced Group Training Officer to join their team. As a Group Training Officer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for our clients in various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess training needs of our clients and develop customized training programs
- Create and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on a wide range of topics
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure training programs meet their needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Training Officer or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Degree or diploma in Training and Development, Human Resources or related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- MS Office proficient
- Fluent in Zulu
- Able to identify training needs and create training programs accordingly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
