Job Description

A well-established and professional organisation is looking for an experienced HR Officer with a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, payroll administration, and labour legislation to support and advise management while ensuring effective HR practices across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing internal disciplinary processes and procedures

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities

  • Overseeing the full payroll function

  • Advising management on labour legislation and compliance matters

  • Updating and maintaining disciplinary policies and HR procedures

  • Acting as a liaison between management and employees

Requirements:

  • Relevant HR Degree or Diploma

  • 4–5 years’ experience in an HR Officer or similar role

  • Ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural environments

  • Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
