Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Mining Industry

Location: Mpumalanga, South Africa

RPO Recruitment's client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team in the mining industry in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and improving our business systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing business systems, processes, and operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop and implement new systems, tools, and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that new systems are effectively implemented and integrated with existing systems.
  • Provide training and support to end users on new systems and processes.
  • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address potential issues or inefficiencies.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business systems and processes.


Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in n Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or Computer Science
  • Certificate in Payroll Management, Human Resource Management, Employment Law or Tax, Business Analytic Reporting
  • Minimum of 7 years HR/Payroll reporting in a large organisation.
  • Minimum of 7 years SAGE Software implementation experience
  • Minimum of 5 years people management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of mining industry operations and processes is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
