RPO's client is actively seeking a skilled SQL Database Administrator to join our client in Sandton, Gauteng. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase requests and RFQs.
  • Source and negotiate pricing with international and local suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation of orders.
  • Manage logistics process for incoming orders.
  • Resolve shipment issues and discrepancies.
  • Research and source new products.
  • Manage customer requests and marketing lists.
  • Handle help desk requests and queries.
  • Manage damaged goods and warranty replacements.
  • Forecasting and providing ETAs for stock items.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement and import management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Odoo or similar ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of HS codes and customs regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook , Teams , SharePoint and Excel
    Spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
    with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all
    procurement-related tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and
    dynamic environment.
