A leading packaging and manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Stores Team Leader to oversee the efficient operation of the warehouse and inventory management processes in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the stores team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate stock receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely ordering of materials and supplies.
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.
• Train and mentor team members to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure material availability for production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management are advantageous.
• Proven experience in warehouse or stores management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and operational standards.
