An innovative maritime and space technology company is looking for an experienced Product Development Engineer with a passion for electronics, product design, and manufacturing. The successful candidate will work with a small, dedicated engineering team to develop and maintain test equipment and software, manage production, and coordinate components and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product test equipment and software.
• Ensure reliable and accurate test and manufacturing documentation in collaboration with the development team.
• Manage production schedules and coordinate component purchasing.
• Oversee suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and ship products.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize product performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues during development and production.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience designing, manufacturing, and testing analog and digital electronic circuits.
• Basic C# programming skills.
• Proficient with test and measurement equipment to validate hardware designs.
• Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
• Strong interest in electronics, product design, and manufacturing.
