RPO Recruitment’s client in the mining industry is seeking the expertise of a General Engineering Supervisor to join their team in Kuruman, Northern Cape.

- Contribute to team performance.
- Participate in change initiatives and provide feedback on resistance
- Comply with disciplinary and behavioral rules and procedures.
- Obtain information, check for accuracy and capture data. File documents per procedure.
- Know and exercise the basic principles of safety and mining.
- Comply with safety , health and environmental standards.
- Identify and report unsafe and hazardous situations in work area.
- Participate in safety meetings.
- Take care of your own safety and the safety of fellow employees.
- Comply with Quality standards and deliver in a manner that support and meet operational quality standards.
- Contribute to team performance.
- Participate in change initiatives and provide feedback on resistance.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Trade Test Certificate
- N5 Certificate in Engineering
- Advanced Management Certificate
- 8 years’ experience as an artisan / technician trade in heavy industrial, mining or plant and/or Trackless Mobile Machinery
- 5 years’ supervisory experience
