A well-established manufacturing company based in Ottery, Cape Town, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Supervise and coordinate production activities to achieve daily targets.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Lead, motivate, and train production teams to enhance performance and productivity.
• Maintain accurate production records and report on output, downtime, and performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall plant performance.

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• A relevant qualification in Production Management or Industrial Engineering will be advantageous.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
