RPO Recruitment is seeking a talented and experienced Store Manager to join our clients team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.   • Manage all aspects of the store, including sales, inventory, and staff
  • Ensure that the store is well-presented and meets the company's visual merchandising standards
  • Motivate and coach sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Train new hires and provide ongoing training to staff to ensure they have the product knowledge and selling skills required to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to motivate and coach a sales team
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
