As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Manage all aspects of the store, including sales, inventory, and staff
- Ensure that the store is well-presented and meets the company's visual merchandising standards
- Motivate and coach sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Train new hires and provide ongoing training to staff to ensure they have the product knowledge and selling skills required to succeed
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to motivate and coach a sales team
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- Salary: negotiable
