RPO Recruitment's client, a reputable civil engineering consulting firm in South Africa urgently requires an experienced Bridge Resident Engineer for a major road infrastructure project based in Durban.  The appointment is for ±19 months and may be extended.  This is an urgent opportunity to be involved in a significant infrastructure development within the province.

Requirements:

• BSc/BEng or BTech/Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Professional registration as Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng (essential)
• Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in construction supervision
• Proven experience in major bridge structures and large culvert construction
• Strong site supervision, coordination, and compliance capabilities
