A well-established FMCG manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced Setter with strong blow moulding expertise to support continuous production operations across a 24/7, multi-shift environment. This is a permanent role driven by ongoing business growth, with an urgent requirement for a skilled individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, adjust, and optimise blow moulding machines to meet production specifications

  • Ensure machines are correctly configured in line with quality, safety, and efficiency standards

  • Monitor production processes and make real-time setting adjustments during shifts

  • Support continuous operations across rotating shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environment

  • Troubleshoot setting-related issues to minimise downtime and production losses

  • Conduct changeovers efficiently to support different product runs and reduce setup time

  • Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure consistent output

  • Complete basic production and setting documentation accurately and timeously

Requirements:

  • Minimum N3 qualification (N4 preferred)

  • At least 2–3 years’ setting experience

  • Proven blow moulding experience (essential)

  • FMCG manufacturing environment experience (advantageous)

  • Exceptional candidates without N4 may be considered if they have 10+ years of strong blow moulding experience
