RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team in New Germany, KwaZulu-Natal. This role involves visiting territory accounts to increase sales in the designated region, expanding the market share for service and repair offerings, and assisting customers with queries related to equipment repairs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct sales calls with heads of departments or engineering managers to assess how the company can add value to their operations.
Develop and manage business for Services & Repairs through prospecting and marketing activities.
Follow up on sent quotes and provide customer feedback to management when necessary.
Build and maintain a pipeline in line with the required sales targets.
Adhere to safety instructions and follow company protocols.
Work independently with attention to detail.
Travel locally to meet customers and develop business relationships.
Provide monthly sales reports on progress and targets.
Requirements:
Experience in a B2B sales environment.
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of drives and motors is advantageous.
Sales qualifications or relevant courses are beneficial.
