A leading supplier of workwear, protective clothing, and PPE solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Nigel, Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and drive growth in a competitive market. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share in the workwear and PPE sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships across industries such as construction, mining, engineering, and manufacturing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed individual and company sales targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reports to management.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Matric or equivalent qualification (a sales/marketing diploma or degree will be an advantage).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, preferably in the workwear, uniforms, PPE, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry knowledge and the ability to align client needs with tailored solutions.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
