RPO Recruitment's client, a reputable building contractor based in Cape Town is seeking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building construction and proven experience managing multiple projects, teams, and contractual obligations within a fast-paced construction environment.

 

This role requires a highly organised and results-driven professional who can oversee projects from inception through to completion while ensuring quality, cost control, and programme targets are achieved.

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience within the building construction industry
  • Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project management, and site operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and construction legislation
