A leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Sleever Operator with a robust technical foundation and a commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined professional who takes pride in maintaining high production standards and possesses the drive to advance their career through continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate and monitor sleeving machinery to ensure optimal production output and quality.

• Maintain a consistent and reliable presence through excellent attendance and punctuality.

• Support team morale by remaining energetic and providing positive motivation to fellow staff members.

• Actively pursue further technical education and N-course certifications to enhance operational expertise.

• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and resolve minor mechanical issues.

• Conduct regular quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet strict company and client specifications.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety regulations and 5S manufacturing principles.

• Accurately record production data and report any significant equipment malfunctions to the maintenance supervisor.

Requirements:

• Passed Grade 12 (Matric).

• N2 or N3 in Electrical engineering or Mechanical Engineering is advantageous.

• Technical aptitude and a willingness to study towards completing N courses.

• Excellent attendance and a good time-keeping record.

• Highly self-motivated, energetic, and the ability to motivate others.
