Job Description:

RPO Recruitment's client are seeking a skilled and experienced Flexographic Printer to join their manufacturing team in Durban. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operating flexographic printing equipment and producing high-quality printed materials.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials
• Monitor print quality throughout production process and make adjustments as needed
• Coordinate with production team to ensure timely completion of printing projects
• Maintain and clean printing equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during printing process
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure longevity and proper functioning

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Flexographic Printer or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of flexographic printing processes and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and printing specifications
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and operate printing equipment
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet production deadlines
