A well-established FMCG manufacturing company based in Blackheath, Cape Town, is seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join their production team. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage production teams, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure efficient shift operations. If you have experience supervising night shift teams within a manufacturing or production environment and enjoy driving performance and efficiency, we’d like to hear from you!

• Oversee all production activities during the night shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor production output, quality, and workflow to meet daily targets.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to maintain high performance and morale.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete shift reports, document incidents, and communicate effectively with day shift management.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance, and performance of team members.
• Ensure proper handovers between shifts for seamless operations.

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle operational demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Computer literacy (MS Office and production reporting systems).
