RPO Recruitment's client is seeking a talented Commercial Manager to join the Food & Beverage Manufacturing's team, in Strand, Western Cape.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Understand customer needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of services
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on results
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related position
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to commercial activity
