Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution
Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies and processes to improve efficiency
Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for cost reduction and service improvement
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and value
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the supply chain
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and performance metrics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar supply chain/logistics role
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, procurement, and inventory management
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient in supply chain software and MS Office Suite
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail with a commitment to continuous improvement and efficiency
