Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• 8-10 years experience
• WinQS & DimX experience essential
• Familiarity with the latest industry software and tools
• Experience compiling/assisting in BoQ production
• Able to manage multiple projects
• Strong experience in cost management, contract administration, and project financial control within the construction sector
