As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in various industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions to meet their business objectives. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts in assigned industries
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Track and report on key account metrics
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and propose customized solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office
- Salary: negotiable
