RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Operations Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town. In this role, you would play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations within an organization. Your responsibilities would be to focus on optimizing processes, coordinating resources, and managing activities to meet operational goals

- A bachelorβs degree in business administration, management, logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in operations, project management, or administrative roles is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace and a familiarity with project management software or operations tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, SAP).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
