RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Clinical Facilitator - ICU to join their team in uMhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating and facilitating clinical learning and teaching for students registered in Emergency Nursing programmes within accredited hospitals.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate clinical education and training of students in the ICU environment.

  • Implement multiple teaching and facilitation methods in classroom and clinical settings.

  • Use technology and visual aids to enhance learning.

  • Maintain a portfolio of evidence to support teaching practices.

  • Comply with regulatory and educational standards.

  • Assess student performance and provide feedback.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

  • Basic Degree in Nursing with midwifery, community health, and psychiatry.

  • Degree in Education.

  • Advanced Diploma in Trauma and Emergency.

  • Master’s Degree completed or in progress.

  • Assessor and/or Moderator unit standard training (must be completed within 6 months of appointment).

  • Valid driver’s license and own transport.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated experience in using various teaching methods and tools in both classroom and clinical settings.
