RPO's client is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their Trauma Division in the Western Cape. The ideal candidate will drive sales by promoting medical products to surgeons and healthcare professionals while building strong relationships in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with regional and national sales teams to maximize opportunities.
- Engage with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities.
- Assist in theatre when required and support healthcare professionals.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Attend sales meetings, training, and industry events as needed.

Requirements:
- BSc/BA in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Trauma/Orthopaedics, Medical Devices, or related fields.
- Proven track record in sales with the ability to meet targets.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in operating room environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work on-call hours, including weekends and holidays.
