Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document all sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, if required.
