RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Blackheath, Cape Town.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
Manage group switchboard: answer calls, handle telephonic queries, and distribute messages promptly.
Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain the filing system, including employee documents and permits.
Perform data capturing as required.
Schedule and coordinate boardroom meetings, including calendar notifications.
Assist with wayleave and permit applications as delegated.
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate).
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fully bilingual with excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Professional demeanour and excellent work ethic.
Good problem-solving skills.
