RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Assistant to join their team in Bryanston, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting compliance processes, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, and assisting with client onboarding and documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.


Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding clients for various investment opportunities from start to finish.
  • FICA collation.
  • Pre-populating client agreements.
  • Assisting with the preparation of client portfolio reviews (every six months).
  • Handling physical and digital filing of onboarding clients.
  • Completing any other reasonable requests from directors or management.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a compliance administrative role.
  • Matric qualification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Financial Diploma, or a similar qualification.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good record-keeping ability.
  • High level of integrity and eagerness to learn.
  • Reliability and accountability.
  • Age between 25-35 years is advantageous.
  • Salary: R144,000 – R168,000 per annum.
