A well-established organisation in the industrial sector is seeking an experienced Warehouse Controller to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong background in warehouse operations within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage stock control, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching goods.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor and organise stock to minimise discrepancies and support operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to warehouse activities.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience in Fasteners, Engineering, or Industrial Supply.
• Applicants with 5+ years of relevant warehouse experience will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, stock control, and dispatch/receiving.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and safety.
• Computer literacy and experience with inventory/warehouse management systems will be advantageous.
